The Fina-Sport was built by Perry Fina of Fina Imported Motor Car Co., New York City. In the early 1950s Perry Fina's specialty was building and tuning fine imported cars.
The Fina Sport was advertised as "An Exclusive Car to please the man of discriminating taste." Built on a modified 115 inch Ford chassis with a 210 horsepower or 300 horsepower Cadillac V-8 engine, Cadillac Hydromatic transmission and an aluminum body by Vignale.
